Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding banking services, account details, transactions, and complaints .
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries.

• Guide customers on account opening, credit/debit card issues, net banking, loans, and other banking products .
• Assist with fund transfers, fraud prevention, and transaction clarifications .

• Address customer grievances and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.

• Maintain customer interaction records in CRM software.
• Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, issue resolution, and feedback .
