Prospect Identification: Identify and engage potential business opportunities.&
Sales and Relationships: Build strong client relationships and effectively& communicate product value.&
Problem Solving: Address client challenges with tailored solutions.&
Lead Management: Handle outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and& drive conversions.&
Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction.&
Revenue Generation: Focus on closing sales and meeting revenue goals.&

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Contact potential leads through cold calling, emails, and social media .
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with leads to close deals and achieve sales targets .
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and ensure a seamless experience .
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products/services and effectively pitch them.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services .
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports .
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth workflow.
