Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients .
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.

Sales & Business Development

• Promote company products and services to increase customer engagement .
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets .

Customer Support & Retention

• Follow up with customers for feedback and provide after-sales service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities .
