Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information.

System & Software Operations

• Operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, and other software .
• Generate reports, invoices, and documentation as required.

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Handle emails, customer queries, and office documentation .
• Coordinate with different departments for file management and record keeping .

Monitoring & Maintenance

• Ensure smooth functioning of office computers, printers, and networking devices .
• Report technical issues to the IT department for troubleshooting.
