Female Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office operations.
• Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

• Maintain and update company databases, reports, and logs.
• Handle office supplies and inventory management.

• Assist senior staff with documentation and project-related tasks.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
