Job Title: Art DirectorLocation: Mumbai (Lower Parel)About Knya:- Knya is India s leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by the husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji.- The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels.- Knya has raised funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others.- Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900 cities and 200 medical institutes across India.Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, exceptional design skills, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.- Oversee all aspects of visual design, including graphics, photography, and motion elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative strategies.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.- Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Requirements:- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro, After Effects), and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and the ability to lead visually compelling projects.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction and team management.- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in branding and marketing campaigns.- Knowledge of emerging design trends and technologies.If you re passionate about visual storytelling and have a track record of delivering exceptional creative work, we d love to hear from you!
