Job Summary:The Account Executive for Employee Benefits is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts by providing strategic support, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the sales of employee benefits solutions. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sales team understanding their needs, and offering tailored benefits packages that align with their organizational goals.Key Responsibilities :Client Management & Retention :- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.- Educate clients/con industry trends, compliance and new benefit offerings.- Resolve client issues promptly and collaborate with underwriters and operations to deliver solutions.Sales & Business Development Support :- Develop and present customized employee benefits proposals (health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, etc.).- Meet or exceed retention goals.- Analyze clients current benefits programs and recommend cost-effective, competitive solutions.- Advise on plan design, carrier options,strategies, and benefits.- Assist with RFP processes, negotiations with carriers, and benchmarking data analysis.- Ensure accurate and timely submission of enrollment forms, plan documents, and compliance filings.- Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM and manage pipeline activity.Qualifications & Skills :Education : Bachelor s degree in Business related field (preferred).Experience : 3 years in employee benefits sales, account management, or brokerage.Certifications : CII, III would be preferredSkills :- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Compensation & Benefits :- Competitive base salary commission structure.- Professional development opportunities.
