Job Overview:We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for our Air Export/Import operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing airfreight logistics, including handling DG shipments, coordinating with airlines, and providing exceptional customer support.Key Responsibilities:Airfreight Operations Management:- Oversee and execute airfreight Import and Export shipments.- Ensure compliance with international freight regulations, including DG shipment handling.Coordination & Communication:- Maintain strong communication with airlines, customers, and overseas offices.- Handle nomination shipments and manage day-to-day airline interactions.Critical Situation Handling:- Manage shipment challenges and provide timely updates to customers.- Ensure smooth operations during critical or high-pressure scenarios.Airline Pricing & Negotiation:- Develop and maintain good relationships with airlines.- Negotiate competitive pricing for airfreight services.Customer Service Excellence:- Ensure customers are updated on shipment status.- Provide tailored solutions for client-specific requirements.Documentation & Compliance:- Manage lifting documents and ensure their accuracy.- Adhere to customs and international airfreight regulations.Eligibility Criteria:Experience:- Minimum of 4-6 years in airfreight Import/Export operations.- Hands-on experience with DG shipments and nomination handling.- Prior interaction with airlines and knowledge of airline pricing is a plus.Education:Any Graduate (Logistics or Supply Chain specialization preferred).Skills:- Strong communication skills in English.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in handling critical shipment situations.Location:Candidate must reside near the Belapur office to ensure minimal commute time.
