Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The ideal candidate should be quick, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment .

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation Support

• Assist chefs and cooks in cutting, chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables & ingredients .
• Prepare basic food items such as salads, sauces, and garnishes .
• Maintain proper food storage and handling practices.

Kitchen Cleaning & Hygiene

• Wash and clean utensils, plates, and kitchen equipment .
• Maintain cleanliness in the cooking area, floors, and countertops .
• Dispose of food waste properly and follow sanitation guidelines .

Stock & Inventory Management

• Help in unloading and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients .
• Inform the chef or kitchen supervisor about low stock or expired items .
• Keep refrigerators and storage areas clean and organized.

Other Kitchen Duties

• Assist in plating and serving food as required.
• Follow kitchen safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
