Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated& Business Development Executive& to join our dynamic team. As a key member of MRTE Careers, you will be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with educational institutions, primarily in the Visakhapatnam region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an MBA background who is eager to leverage their leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and persuasive communication skills in a fast-paced, impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to identify and secure partnerships with schools and colleges in the Visakhapatnam region.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers.
• Promote MRTE Careers services and solutions to schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.
• Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to maximize business opportunities.
• Attend meetings, networking events, and educational fairs to expand the company s presence and visibility.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective business development and lead generation strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve overall service offerings.
• Actively represent MRTE Careers in the Visakhapatnam region, traveling to various educational institutions.

Qualifications:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized university.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a convincing and persuasive tone.
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
• Willingness to travel across schools and colleges in the Visakhapatnam region.
• A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their career goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market needs.
