Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients in international markets.
• Pitch products/services and generate leads, sales, or appointments .
• Maintain daily call logs and records of customer interactions .

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional interactions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales .
• Handle customer objections, provide relevant information, and close deals effectively .

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets .
• Maintain and update CRM systems and reports with accurate details.
• Work closely with the sales or support team to improve conversion rates.
