Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager for a full-time, mid-level position at our Bangalore headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on lead generation and residential sales. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in driving sales and building strong client relationships. 1. Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project details 2. Convince them for the site visit. 3. Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process. 4. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets .
• Lead property sales efforts , including residential, commercial, or industrial projects .
• Build relationships with property buyers, investors, and corporate clients .
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations .
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities .

2. Team Leadership & Training

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives .
• Set individual and team sales goals , ensuring performance targets are met.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance sales skills.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients .
• Provide guidance on property investments, legal procedures, and financing options .
• Address customer queries and concerns to ensure a seamless buying experience .

4. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Work with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns .
• Use digital marketing, social media, and offline channels to attract leads.
• Manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads through follow-ups and engagement.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in all transactions.
• Work closely with lawyers, financial institutions, and government authorities .
• Oversee contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork .
