Job Description
Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Brio Elevators, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strong market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator industry and related sectors.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine and enhance business strategies.
Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
Represent Brio Elevators at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the elevator or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
