Job Summary:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the company s products and services.
Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
