Roles & Responsibilities - International Voice Process (Customer Support)Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.- Resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure satisfaction.- Maintain professional and clear communication with international customers.- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.- Update and maintain customer records in the system.- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.- Work in rotational shifts and rotational offs (5-day workweek).Requirements:- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Must be flexible with work schedules and shifts.- Immediate joiners preferred.
