Job Description1. Job Details:- Position Title: Specialist- International Sales- Reports to: Business Head- Department: Sales- Module: EPC Projects- Division: Projects- Job Location Ludhiana, India2. Job Purpose: This Position Will Be Responsible for Achieving Individual Sales Targets of Projects in Africa Market.3. Job Description: 1) Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive international Sales for projects & other trading items in assigned countries. 2) Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing channels.3) Oversee the creation of marketing materials tailored to international markets.4) Achieve individual sales targets set by the management.5) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.6) Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.7) Ensure consistent follow-up and after-sales service.8) Coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely order fulfillment.9) Collaborate with the Purchase & logistics team to streamline shipping processes and reduce lead times.10) Manage and resolve any operational issues that may impact sales performance.11) Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.12) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.13) Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market analysis.4. Communications & Working Relationships:Purchase, Accounts & Finance, Logistics & Documentation, Store, Clients, Hr, It Etc.5. Qualifications, Age, & Skills: 1) B.tech or any other engineering degree with minimum age needs to be 28 Years.2) Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets with minimum 6 years of work experience preferably in technical product, machinery sales.3) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information and articulate value propositions.5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.6) Ability to travel internationally whenever required.7) Should be proficient in MS Office, Excel etc..8) Should be confident, result oriented and work well under pressure. 9) Should have a go getter attitude.
