Job Description: Telecaller ExecutiveLocation: Gomti Nagar, Vibhuti Khand, LucknowWork Mode: Work from OfficeSalary: 12,000 - 16,000 per monthWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMWeek Off: 1 day (to be decided by the company)Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls using the company s CRM system to connect with potential and existing clients.- Provide accurate information about the company s services to customers.- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over the phone.- Update call records and customer information in the CRM system.Skills Required:- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.- Strong convincing abilities and negotiation skills.- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and CRM tools.Qualifications:- Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream.Experience:- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.Additional Requirements:- Candidate must have their own smartphone for work-related activities (ref:updazz.com)
