Website Management : Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience optimization.2. Product Listings : Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates across the website and online marketplaces.3. Order Fulfillment : Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery.4. Customer Experience : Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.5. Performance Analytics : Analyze sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates, summarizing insights and trends effectively in reports.6. Clear Communication : Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment on goals.7. Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and discounts on e-commerce platforms.8. Marketplaces Management : Handle product listings and campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others, ensuring high visibility and performance.9. Inventory Coordination : Monitor stock levels, communicate shortages, and coordinate restocking efforts with suppliers.10. SEO and Content : Optimize product listings and website content for better search engine ranking and visibility.11. Campaign Execution : Implement and monitor promotional activities such as sales events, coupon codes, and banners, ensuring their effectiveness.Reporting and Summarization : Prepare and present concise, actionable reports on e-commerce performance, campaign results, and areas for improvement.12. Compliance and Security : Ensure adherence to legal and cybersecurity requirements across e-commerce platforms.13. Upselling and Cross-Selling : Implement strategies to increase average order value and encourage repeat purchases.14.
