Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, attract top talent, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• MBA in HR (Fresher)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills
