Required Accounting Executive - Pune

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a good understanding of financial principles .

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping

• Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts .
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial data entry.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable .

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and balance sheets .
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures .
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on cash flow and budget planning .

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other tax filings .
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations .
• Assist with audits and financial documentation .

4. Payroll & Expense Management

• Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions .
• Maintain records of business expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash .

5. Coordination & Support

• Work with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants .
• Support in budget preparation and cost control initiatives .
• Maintain financial records and organize filing systems for easy access .
