Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
• Operate machinery efficiently to ensure smooth production flow .
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments .

2. Quality Control & Maintenance

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on machines.
• Report any malfunctions or technical issues to the maintenance team.

3. Process Monitoring & Optimization

• Track production output and maintain accurate records.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment .

4. Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines .
• Use protective gear and follow workplace safety measures .
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions .
