Receptionist Front Desk

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area .

2. Administrative Support

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms .
• Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and office supplies inventory .
• Assist with basic data entry and document handling .

3. Customer Service & Assistance

• Provide accurate information about the company s services and policies.
• Assist clients and employees with general inquiries .
• Handle guest check-ins, ID verification, and security procedures .

4. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a point of contact between employees, vendors, and clients .
• Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and filing.
• Communicate effectively with the facility management team for office needs.
