Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product/service information .
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.

2. Problem Resolution & Escalation

• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently .
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure follow-up on unresolved customer queries .

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Log customer interactions and feedback for service improvements .
• Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on customer interactions.

4. Sales & Cross-Selling (If Required)

• Promote and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities .
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets .
