Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients .
• Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches .
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals .

2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers.
• Promote the company s products/services through digital and traditional marketing .
• Collaborate with the design team to create brochures, social media content, and promotional materials .

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities .
• Research competitors and suggest pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies .
• Provide feedback to the management on customer needs and preferences .

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain and update sales reports, CRM databases, and client records .
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
