Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst for the ExpertsPro product, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of product features that align with ExpertsPro roadmap and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders (Skill Seeker, Skill Partner, Skill Owner modules) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with the product s vision and market needs.
Develop user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Work on AI-enabled features such as resume matching and chatbot integration, ensuring requirements are clearly defined for technical teams.
Support the development of tenant-based and mobile versions of the ExpertsPro platform.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences.
Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
Lead efforts in creating timesheets functionality and detailed dashboards/reports.
Partner with QA teams to ensure quality standards are met before release.
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in workforce management solutions, to provide insights for future product enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience:
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in workforce management, SaaS products, or related domains.
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product features.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tenant-based architecture is a plus.(Preferred)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: Agile or Scrum certification (preferred).
