Required Team Leader, Bangalore

Team Leader - LoadShare Network, Bangalore Location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage EV Bike Supply: Ensure the timely availability and proper functioning of EV bikes for the network. Monitor supply levels and make necessary adjustments based on demand.
- Hire Riders as per Requirements: Recruit, onboard, and train riders based on the operational needs. Assess candidate qualifications, ensure their understanding of company policies, and monitor their performance.
- Maintain Fleet Performance: Track the performance and condition of EV bikes, ensuring they are regularly maintained and repaired when necessary. Ensure the bikes meet safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics Teams: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth coordination between vehicle deployment, rider availability, and operational requirements.
- Monitor and Optimize Routes: Work with the operations team to optimize routes for riders, ensuring maximum efficiency in delivery times and fuel (battery) consumption.
- Ensure Adherence to Safety Standards: Make sure all riders adhere to safety protocols, including proper usage of gear, following traffic rules, and maintaining the condition of the vehicles.
- Track and Report KPIs: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, rider productivity, and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to the team to improve operational performance.
- Resolve Operational Issues: Handle any unforeseen issues or challenges that arise in the field. Ensure that any incidents or accidents are reported and resolved promptly.
- Manage Rider Performance: Provide leadership, motivation, and training to riders to ensure they meet performance standards. Offer guidance and performance evaluations to ensure their continuous improvement.
