Any Candidate Diploma/BE in Electrical engineering, with minimum 2 years of tender management experienceTender Management :a. Tender Preparation and Submission : Review and analyze tender documents to gather requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to compile accurate, detailed, and competitive bids.b. Cost Estimation : Develop project cost estimates by calculating expenses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Ensure bids are profitable and cost-effective.c. Proposal Development : Draft comprehensive proposals that outline technical specifications, timelines, and pricing in alignment with Teravon Solar Energies capabilities and client expectations.d. Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory and client requirements, and manage timely submission of documents.e. Follow-Up and Negotiation : Communicate with clients post-submission to address queries, provide additional information, and engage in negotiations when required.Collaboration and Communication :a.
