Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning Xammer s cloud solutions effectively in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and enterprise IT services.Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.- Understand client needs and propose tailored cloud management solutions from Xammer.- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to create proposals and close deals.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands.- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.- Represent Xammer at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or IT consulting (preferably in cloud computing or SaaS).- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in selling cloud-based solutions, DevOps tools, or enterprise SaaS products.- Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
