As an Academic Counselor, your primary role will be to guide potential students in choosing the right UG/PG courses and assist them throughout the admission process. You will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments through effective counseling and sales techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective students and understand their educational needs- Provide accurate information about available UG/PG courses and career prospects- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline- Achieve admission targets through strong sales strategies- Build and maintain relationships with students and their families for long-term engagementKey Requirements:- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive approach- Minimum 6 months of experience in the relevant sales or counseling field (Freshers can also apply)- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills- Ability to handle queries and provide effective solutions- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset- Graduation is mandatory (ref:updazz.com)
