Required Receptionist - Indore

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while handling administrative tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail and packages.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in office management tasks, including inventory and ordering office supplies.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or diploma in administration, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in handling administrative and customer service tasks.
