Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Inbound Sales Calls

• Manage incoming calls from potential and existing customers .
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services .
• Convert inquiries into successful sales by providing persuasive solutions.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide excellent service by addressing queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through effective communication.

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets .
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
• Follow sales scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates.

4. Documentation & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions .
• Update CRM software with relevant customer details and call outcomes.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance .

5. Compliance & Quality Standards

• Adhere to company policies, call handling procedures, and compliance guidelines .
• Ensure high-quality call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques .
