Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions .
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases .
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.

2. Interview & Selection Process

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers .
• Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews for preliminary screening.
• Assist in salary negotiation and offer rollouts .

3. Onboarding & Employee Engagement

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires , including documentation and orientation.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.

4. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports .
• Work on improving hiring efficiency and reducing turnaround time .
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and job consultants .
