HIRING GROUND STAFF IN SALEM

We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied. & & & & & & & & Qualification: Any Graduation & & & & & & & & Freshers and experienced can apply & & & & & & & & Age below 34

Key Responsibilities

1. Passenger Handling & Customer Service

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage claims .
• Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and airline policies .
• Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests (wheelchair assistance, etc.) .

2. Security & Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with airport security protocols and airline regulations .
• Assist in security checks, baggage screening, and identity verification .
• Maintain a safe and organized environment for passengers and crew .

3. Baggage & Cargo Management

• Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and transfers .
• Assist in lost or damaged baggage claims .
• Work with the cargo team to ensure proper handling of shipments .

4. Coordination with Airline & Airport Teams

• Work closely with pilots, cabin crew, and airport staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely boarding and departure of flights .
• Support emergency procedures and provide assistance during flight disruptions .
