Job Description

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES&
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.&

Maintain financial records and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports.& &

Handle tax compliance and filing requirements.& &

Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits.& &

Handle company documentation, including agreements, contracts, and legal correspondence.&

& Manage office administration including inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.&

Assist senior management in administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.&

Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and personnel record maintenance.&

Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and reimbursements.&

Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.&

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.&

Manage office communication systems and correspondence.&

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS& &

Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.& &

Proficiency in Latest Tally software (Mandatory).& &

1-2 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative role.& &

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.& &

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.& &

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.& &

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.& &

Effective written and verbal communication skills.& &

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.& &

Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.& &

Experience in the consulting industry.& &

Familiarity with additional accounting/ERP software.&
