Outside Sales ExecutiveThe Outside Sales Executive role involves driving the sales of insurance products overseeing the team s performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Also plays a key role in recruitment, training, and motivating the team to achieve business goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to ensure a high-performing team.- Monitor the progress of agents and provide ongoing support to help them achieve sales objectives.- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills of the sales team and to enhance product knowledge.- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed to improve sales outcomes.- Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.- Stay updated on industry laws and regulations, ensuring that agents operate within these frameworks.- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and generate leads.ELIGIBILITY:- Any graduate- 1 year of sales experience- 21-38 age- Local preferable- Fulltime jobKEY SKILLS:- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
