Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)Location: Kanpur/BareillyEmployment Type: Full-timeNumber of openings- 2Salary- 15k to 20k incentives perksJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead and manage our Customer Relationship Executives (CREs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer relationship management, sales leadership, and team development. The CRM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through a combination of team management and individual contributions.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Executives to ensure they meet their sales and lead-generation targets.- Revenue Achievement: Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through team efforts and personal contribution.- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Sales Strategy: Plan and execute effective sales strategies to promote our services, including pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, kids brand shoots, portfolios, event management, branding, and casting.- Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.- Training & Development: Identify training needs for the team and organize skill enhancement sessions to improve sales effectiveness and customer handling.- Data Management: Oversee the accurate maintenance of customer records, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and optimize client outreach strategies.- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales progress and client feedback, to senior management.Requirements:- Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or team leadership roles.Skills:- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.- Expertise in CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.- Target-oriented with a strong sales acumen.- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Personal Attributes:- Self-motivated and proactive.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.- Leadership role with career growth opportunities.- A creative and collaborative work environment.- Regular training and professional development.
