Job Overview

An HR Executive in a hospital is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance while ensuring smooth human resource operations in a healthcare setting. The role involves coordinating with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and management to maintain an efficient workforce and compliance with healthcare regulations. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, interview, and onboard new employees while ensuring a smooth induction process.
Employee Relations Address staff concerns, resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
Payroll & Attendance Management Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
HR Compliance Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare HR regulations.
Performance Management Assist in appraisals, employee engagement, and training programs.
Records & Documentation Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Workforce Planning Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staff scheduling.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations .
• Experience with HR software (HRMS, payroll systems, attendance tracking) .
• Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI, etc.) (preferred).
