Required Sales Officer - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and online channels.
• Sell financial products like personal loans, home loans, business loans, credit cards, and investment plans .
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, banks, and financial institutions .

2. Customer Interaction & Consultation

• Understand customer financial needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions .
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and product benefits .
• Guide customers through the application and approval process .

3. Market Research & Strategy Implementation

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands .
• Work on marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and referral programs .

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, loan applications, etc.) .
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies .
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records .

5. Follow-ups & Customer Support

• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers .
• Assist clients with queries, complaints, and after-sales services .
