Required Sales Executive - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, field visits, and online communication.
• Explain Just Dial s services and convince businesses to register and upgrade their listings.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client inquiries or issues.
• Upsell and cross-sell Just Dial s premium services to enhance client engagement.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate Just Dial s digital marketing and business promotion solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Work closely with the sales manager to strategize and improve sales performance.
