Officer - Sales And Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits .
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction .

2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field marketing) .
• Promote products/services through advertisements, social media, and events .
• Develop marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and online content .

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients .
• Provide after-sales support , address customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings.

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences .
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies for market expansion .
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis .

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution .
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Maintain records of sales transactions, marketing activities, and client interactions .
