Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance & Cleaning

• Keep the office, pantry, and common areas clean and organized .
• Ensure that office furniture, equipment, and restrooms are properly maintained.

2. Hospitality & Support

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests.
• Assist in arranging meetings, setting up conference rooms, and cleaning up afterward .

3. Delivery & Errands

• Handle courier services, file movement, and document deliveries .
• Purchase and restock office supplies, pantry items, and stationery .

4. Administrative Assistance

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents .
• Support staff with basic clerical tasks, such as distributing mail or paperwork .

5. Guest Handling

• Welcome and guide visitors to the right department .
• Ensure guests are comfortable and provided with refreshments.
