Required Telecaller - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Sales

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers .
• Explain products/services, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information .

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Identify potential leads and convert them into sales .
• Follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints .
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers .

3. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain daily call logs and customer interaction records .
• Update CRM/software with customer details and call outcomes .
• Provide regular reports on sales progress and customer feedback .

4. Customer Support & Problem-Solving

• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.
