Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify and attract qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company websites.
• Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Shortlisting Candidates

• Conduct resume screening to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
• Perform initial phone and video interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate technical assessments and coding tests as required.

3. Interview Coordination & Selection Process

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Assist in conducting HR rounds and salary negotiations.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process , including feedback collection and decision-making.

4. Employer Branding & Networking

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance company reputation.
• Engage with IT professionals through job fairs, webinars, and tech events .
• Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent in the industry.

5. Database & Reporting

• Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
• Provide regular hiring updates to HR and management teams .
