Key Responsibilities

1. Counseling & Guidance

• Contact potential students or clients via phone calls to provide information about courses, programs, or services.
• Understand the needs of the callers and suggest appropriate options based on their interests and goals.
• Provide career counseling and explain benefits, fees, and admission processes.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Identify and generate leads from different sources such as inquiries, databases, or online forms.
• Follow up with interested individuals through calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure conversions.

3. Customer Support & Query Handling

• Address queries related to admissions, courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and scholarships.
• Handle objections and doubts professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with prospective students or clients.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in CRM software or databases.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call performance and conversions.
• Work closely with the admissions or sales team to improve conversion rates.
