Inside Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Inside Sales Executive at Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for business relationship management, client relations, communication, relationship building, and account management on a day-to-day basis. Your primary task will be to educate pregnant women about stem cell preservation explaining the importance and potential future benefits of preserving their child s stem cells. You will act as a counselor, providing information, answering questions, and assisting clients in understanding the process of stem cell preservation. You will be working closely with doctors and hospital staff to build relationships and ensure smooth communication between our company and the clients. Your goal is to convince expectant mothers to opt for our stem cell preservation services

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
