As a Dynamics CE Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing customer engagement solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform. Your responsibilities will include, working with the Dynamics Platform team to lead the architecture and design phases, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional and technical specifications, and create comprehensive solution designs. Additionally, you will oversee the development and deployment of customisations, integrations, and extensions to enhance the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross:functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to deliver high:quality solutions on time and within budget. You will provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
