Business DEvelopment Executive

About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our event management services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions.
Pitch event services, including corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and brand activations.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or event management.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Passion for the events industry with a creative and strategic mindset.
