Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and the implementation of sales initiatives within the agency channel.Role & responsibilities :- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention.- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross-selling the product mix.- Meeting prospective customers with the channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.- To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch.
