Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in Tamil to assist customers.
• Resolve queries related to products, services, or complaints.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while speaking with customers.

Data Entry & Call Logging

• Accurately update customer details and call records in the system.
• Maintain call logs and follow standard operating procedures.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

• Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department if necessary.

Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for issue resolution.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
