Job Overview:
Votiko Solutions is looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct training and development programs.
Assist in performance management and appraisals.
Plan employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in HR roles (preferably in a BPO or IT company).
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
